Seared Ahi

Yield: 1 serving

4 oz fresh ahi

1 tsp blackened seasoning

1 oz mixed greens

2 oz wasabi vinaigrette

1.5 oz mango relish

Wasabi Vinaigrette

1/4 wasabi paste

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup honey

1/5 cup rice wine vinegar

1 cup salad oil

Mango Relish

1 mango small diced

1/2 red onion fine diced

1/2 a bunch cilantro chopped fine

3 roma tomatoes

seeded and small diced

2 jalapenos seeded and diced fine

1 Tbs. lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Coat the fish with blackened seasoning, sear in a hot pan one minute each side, pull off the heat and let rest. Slice as thin or thick as you like. Toss the salad, mix with the vinaigrette and place on plate. Fan out the fish and top with relish.
