Grilled Steak Bruschetta

1 lb New York strip or tenderloin tips
Grilled or toasted garlic bread
Marinade
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Coarse ground black pepper
Coarse salt
Tomato Olive Relish
1 Fresh tomato diced
2 oz. Red onion diced
2 oz. Green onion chopped
2 oz. Black olives chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato Olive Relish
Combine all ingredients and mix gently
Procedure
Marinate meat for 10 to 20 minutes.
Broil to desired temperature.
Slice meat and layer atop garlic bread.
Top with tomato relish and serve.
